一汽-大众汽车有限公司2019年新品牌销售及产品培训实施年度代理招募公告

  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众汽车有限公司新品牌销售及产品培训实施项目年度代理,敬请关注以下内容:

  1、招募标准(否决项)

  1.1 公司注册时间:2014年6月1日前注册

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金人民币100万(含100万)以上,或等同外币资金

  1.3公司要求:销售培训及产品培训必须两方面都可实施(注:销售培训为销售流程、销售管理等销售内容方面的培训;产品培训为某品牌的某车型内容知识方面的培训)

  1.4 公司师资规模:10人以上(含10位)全职培训师(需出具合同和2018年7月-2018年12月的半年社保证明)

  1.5 销售及产品师资规模:8人及以上销售及产品可同时讲授全职培训师(需出具合同和2018年7月-2018年12月的社保证明)

  1.6 公司能够开具内容为“培训费”的增值税专用发票

  2、招募要求:

  2.1具备两年及两年以上汽车行业国内品牌及合资品牌销售及产品培训经验

  2.2 公司及培训师专业素质:

  ·公司应具有成熟的质量管理方案,针对质量问题可提出具体可行的整改方案

  ·公司应设立专业的服务保障团队确保项目在商务流程以及业务开展方面顺利进行

  ·具备较强的突发事件管理能力

  ·后续可为新品牌提供产品及销售内容同时讲授充足稳定的培训师

  ·培训师需同时具备汽车产品知识培训经验、汽车行业销售培训经验

  3、须提交资料:

  3.1公司概况,包括但不限于公司规模、主营业务和组织机构等;

  3.2《申报表》(见附件1):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

  3.3 公司资质证明文件:营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  3.4 培训师合同及社保证明复印件:提供培训师的合同复印件及2018年7月-2018年12月的社保证明,并将培训师相应信息汇总至《培训师师资统计表》中(见附件2),该表需要加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.5 项目合同复印件:

  2018年为国内品牌及合资品牌执行的销售、产品培训的合同复印件(销售及产品培训合同必须同时提供,缺一不可),出于保密原则的考虑,合同中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示。请在培训执行合同首页右上方注明该合同中能体现合作企业名称、项目执行年份、执行天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及培训天数,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。并将上述所有关键合同信息汇总填写至附件《项目合同统计表》中(见附件3),该表需要加盖公章及法人代表签字。

  注:1)上述资料和信息必须属实,此为后续合作依据。如查明有虚假或夸大的资料和信息,将取消其招募资格

  4、招募须知:

  4.1签约后业务范围:

  一汽-大众新品牌针对新品牌经销商管理层员工及执行层员工的售前培训,包括新品牌历史、各车型产品知识、销售流程及管理培训(注明:销售及产品内容同时讲授)

  4.2商业机密保护及诚信廉洁要求:

  在招募及后续合作过程中,供应商必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议,以及诚信廉洁等要求。

  4.3技术评价:

  新品牌销售事业部部会对招募初选入围的公司进行提案技术评价。通过技术评价且签订合同后,必须参加TTT培训和课程试讲,通过的培训师在后续实施培训过程中原则上不允许变更。

  4.4注意事项

  如供应商提报材料过程中发现资料作假,将取消提案比稿资格。如后续签约后发现作假,一汽-大众汽车有限公司将有权终止合作。

FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD New brand Sales and Product Training Annual Agent Recruitment Announcement in 2019

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. New Brand needs to recruit annual vendors for sales and product training project.Please find detailed information as followings:

  1. Recruitment standards:

  1.1 Registration time: before June 1st, 2014.

  1.2 Registered capital: 1,000,000 RMB (or above),or the same foreign currency

  1.3 Cooperation requirement:must execute the sales and product training together(Remarks:Sales training is about sales process,skill,sales management etc.;Product training is about car model knowledge of one brand)

  1.4Cooperation trainer team: 10 full-time trainers (or above), contracts and social security records from Jul. to Dec. 2018 are needed as proof.

  1.5 Trainer team in sales and product: 8 full-time product&sales trainers (or above), contracts and social security records from Jul. to Dec. 2018 are needed as proof.

  1.6 Vendors should be able to issue VAT special invoice with “Training Expense” content.

  2. Recruitment requirments:

  2.1 Have 2 or above years sales and product training experience of Chinese and JV brands.

  2.2 Vendor’s and trainers professional qualifications:

  ·The company should have a mature quality management plan, and propose specific and feasible rectification plans for quality problems.Sufficient and stable qualified trainers or coaches.

  ·The company should set up a professional service support team to ensure the smooth progress of the business process and business development.

  ·Strong emergency management capabilities

  ·Continued to provide sufficient and stable product and sales trainers for new brands

  ·Trainers need to have product knowledge training experience and sales training experience at the same time

  3. Required documents:

  3.1 Company profile: Including but not limited to company size, main business and organization, etc.

  3.2 “Application Form” attachment 1 (stamp company seal and signature of Legal Representative)

  3.3 Company qualifications: “business license”, “tax registration certificate”, “organization code certificate” and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor. (Note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information);

  3.4 Copies of the trainer's contract and social guarantee: Provide a copy of the trainer's contract and the social guarantee from July to December 2018. In the upper right corner of the first page of the contract, indicate the direction the teacher can serve (up to 2) Directions), and the corresponding information of the trainer is summarized in the Trainer's Teacher Statistics Form (see Attachments 2). The form needs to be stamped with the company's official seal and signed by the legal representative.

  3.5 Project contract copies:

  In 2018, a copy of the contract for sales and product training carried out for Chinese and JV brands(must provide both sales training and product training contract). Due to the principle of confidentiality, key information such as price in the contract may not be displayed. Please indicate the contract page number corresponding to the key information such as the name of the cooperative enterprise, the year of execution of the project, the number of execution days, etc. in the contract at the top right of the first page of the training execution contract, and circle the information in the contract text, involving the training days, if the contract Can not be queried, need to provide supporting documents. And complete all the above key contract information into the attached “training contract statistics” (see Annex 3), which needs to be stamped with the official seal and signed by the legal representative.

  4.Recruitment notice:

  4.1 Business scope:

  FAW-Volkswagen's New brand for sales training for new brand dealer management staff and executive staff, including new brand history, product knowledge, sales process and management training for each model

  4.2 Trade secret protection and integrity requirements:

  In the process of recruitment and follow-up cooperation, suppliers must comply with FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. related confidentiality agreements, as well as integrity and integrity requirements.

  4.3 Comprehensive technical evaluation:

  The new brand sales division will make a proposal for the recruitment of the company that is short-listed. After comprehensive evaluation of the technology and signing the contract, it is necessary to participate in the TTT training and the course test. The trainers passed in the course of the subsequent implementation of the training process are not allowed to change in principle.

  4.4 Precautions

  If the information found in the supplier's submission of materials is fraudulent, the qualification of the proposal will be cancelled. If a fraud is found after the subsequent signing, FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. will have the right to terminate the cooperation.
