一汽-大众汽车有限公司2019大众品牌培训部外聘培训师年度代理项目招募公告

  由于公司业务发展需要,一汽-大众汽车有限公司大众品牌培训部现需对年度代理商进行招募,此次年度代理招募分为两个方向,分别是销售培训方向和入店辅导方向。应招公司可根据公司业务经营范围参与多个或仅参与单个方向的招募,应招公司详细要求如下:

  1.招募标准

  1.1 公司注册时间:2014年6月1日前注册。

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金人民币100万及以上。

  1.3 公司师资规模:

  10人及以上全职培训师(需出具合同和2018年7月-2018年12月的社保证明)

  1.4 应招方向师资规模:

  8人及以上全职培训师(需出具合同和2018年7月-2018年12月的社保证明)

  1.5 公司能够开具内容为“培训费”的增值税专用发票

  注:上述要求为否决项

  2.优先招募条件

  2.1 认同一汽-大众企业文化,对一汽-大众有较深刻的了解。

  2.2 公司专业素质

  ·2018年与国内乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌在应招方向有丰富的合作经验;

  ·公司后续可为应招方向提供充足稳定的优秀师资;

  ·公司应具有成熟的质量管理方案,针对质量问题可提出具体可行的整改方案;

  ·公司应设立专业的服务保障团队确保项目在商务流程以及业务开展方面顺利进行。

  2.3 培训师专业素质

  2.3.1 销售培训方向

  ·该方向培训师资源储备丰富(不低于8人);

  ·培训师应对汽车销售业务有深入了解;

  ·培训师应具备较强的沟通能力,且熟练掌握培训相关方法及技巧;

  ·培训师应具备国内乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌的培训经验;

  ·管理类课程的培训师应具备汽车行业经销商管理层工作经历。

  2.3.2 入店辅导方向

  ·该方向培训师资源储备丰富(不低于8人)

  ·培训师需对汽车行业有深入了解,具备汽车行业管理层从业经验;

  ·培训师应具备较强的沟通能力,且熟练掌握汽车行业辅导的各类技巧;

  ·培训师应对汽车4S店常见问题有深入研究,并有独特见解,能提供切实可行的解决方案;

  ·培训师应具有丰富的汽车经销商入店辅导经验,且应对一汽-大众大众品牌经销商常见业务有深入了解。

  注:有关公司师资及应招方向师资、公司以往项目合作经验及数量等相关信息将作为供应商初选的衡量标准,大众品牌培训部将择优选择供应商进入下一环节。

  3.须提交资料

  3.1 申报表

  模板详见附件1:《一汽-大众汽车有限公司2019年大众品牌培训部招募年度代理公告申报表》。

  请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.2 公司概况

  公司规模、主营业务和组织机构等。

  3.3 公司资质证明文件

  营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  3.4 培训师合同及社保证明复印件

  提供培训师的合同复印件及2018年7月-2018年12月的社保证明,在合同复印件第一页右上角注明老师可服务的方向(最多选择2个方向),并将培训师相应信息汇总至《培训师资质统计表》中(见附件2、3),该表需要加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.5 项目合同复印件

  提供应招方向2018年1月1日-12月31日为乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌执行的销售培训/入店辅导的合同复印件,出于保密原则的考虑,合同中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示。请在培训/辅导执行合同首页右上方注明该合同中能体现应招方向、合作企业名称、项目执行年份、执行天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及培训天数,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。并将上述所有关键合同信息汇总填写至附件《培训项目合同统计表》中(见附件4、5),该表需要加盖公章及法人代表签字。

  注:

  1) 若应招多个方向,请将3.5对应的材料按应招方向分别准备和归类,同时每个应招方向均需对应制作该方向的《培训项目合同统计表》;

  2) 上述资料和信息必须属实,此为后续合作依据。如查明有虚假或夸大的资料和信息,将取消其招募资格;

  4.招募须知:

  4.1 签约后业务范围:

  4.1.1 销售培训方向:

  ·一汽-大众大众品牌培训部针对经销商总经理、销售部及市场部各岗位关于业务及管理等方面的培训;

  ·管理层:满意度、领导力、执行力、后市场、流程管控、薪酬管理、员工激励、团队建设、市场活动策划、财务、公关等;

  ·业务层:销售流程、销售技巧、客户心理、岗位认证等。

  4.1.2 入店辅导方向

  一汽-大众大众品牌培训部针对经销商销售管理层关于流程执行、流程管控、关键业务指标提升、人员管理等方面的入店辅导业务。

  4.2 商业机密保护及诚信廉洁要求

  在招募及后续合作过程中,供应商必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议,以及诚信廉洁等要求。

  4.3 技术综合评价:

  4.3.1 销售培训方向:

  培训部会对招募初选入围的公司进行提案比稿,通过的供应商需要参加培训师初选,初选通过面试的方式进行。提案比稿和培训师初选结果会作为技术综合评价的重要依据。若通过技术综合评价且签订合同后,通过初选的培训师必须参加大众品牌培训师AC测评和课程试讲。如培训师已经通过AC测评或某门课程试讲环节,则不需要重复考核。通过试讲的培训师在后续实施培训过程中原则上不允许变更。

  4.3.2 入店辅导方向

  培训部会对招募初选入围的公司进行提案比稿,通过的供应商的培训师需要要参加大众品牌培训师AC测评,提案比稿和AC测评结果会作为技术综合评价的重要依据。通过技术综合评价且签订合同后,必须参加TTT培训和课程试讲,通过的培训师在后续实施培训过程中原则上不允许变更。如培训师已经通过AC测评或辅导试讲环节,则不需要重复考核。

  4.4 注意事项

  如供应商提报材料过程中发现资料作假,将取消提案比稿资格。如后续签约后发现作假,一汽-大众汽车有限公司将有权终止合作。

  符合招募标准且有意愿参与招募评选的公司请将本公告第3条规定的资料(密封处加盖公司公章)在北京时间2019年3月14日24:00点前通过顺丰邮寄至一汽-大众汽车有限公司采购部商务联系人处,以顺丰寄出时间为准,逾期提交的资料视为无效。

FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD External Trainer Annual Agent Project (VW TR Dep.) Recruitment Announcement in 2019

  Because of the company's business development needs, FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. Training Dept. (VW Brand) needs to recruit annual agent. This annual agent recruitment is divided into two directions, sales training direction and coaching direction. Recruited companies may participate in recruitment in multiple or single directions according to their business scope. Recruited companies have detailed requirements as follows:

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Registration time: before June 1st, 2014.

  1.2 Registered capital: 1,000,000 RMB and above.

  1.3 Cooperation trainer team: 10 full-time trainers and above), contracts and social security records are needed as proof.

  1.4 Trainer team in recruitment direction: 8 full-time trainers and above, contracts and social security records are needed as proof.

  1.5 Vendors should be able to issue VAT special invoice with “Training Expense” content.

  Please note: The four items listed above are veto items.

  2. Priority conditions:

  2.1 Have a deep understanding of FAW-Volkswagen, and identify with our corporate culture.

  2.2 Professional quality of company:

  In 2018, we have rich experience in cooperation with domestic passenger car joint venture brands or imported brands in the direction of recruitment.

  The company can provide sufficient and stable excellent teachers for the direction of recruitment.

  The company should have a mature quality management plan, and put forward specific and feasible rectification plans for quality problems.

  The company should set up a professional service assurance team to ensure the smooth progress of the project in business process and business development. 2.3 Trainer or coach qualifications:

  2.3.1 Sales training:

  Vendors should provide at least 8 alternative trainers (contracts and social security records are needed as proof).

  Trainers should have rich understanding of car sales business.

  Trainers should have strong communication skills and training skills.

  Trainers should have training experience for automobile joint venture or import brands.

  Trainers for management training should have management experience in car dealers.

  2.3.2 Dealer coaching:

  Vendors should provide at least 8 alternative coaches (contracts and social security payment records are needed as proof).

  Coaches should have rich understanding of auto industry and have management experience in car dealers.

  Coaches should have strong communication skills and coach skills.

  Coaches should have further study and unique insights on the usual problems occurring in dealers, and put forward feasible solutions in the same time.

  Coaches should have rich coaching experience for automobile joint venture or import brands and should have deep understanding of dealers’ usual business.

  Note: Relevant information about the company's teachers and recruiting direction, the company's past project cooperation experience and the number of suppliers will be used as a measure of the primary selection. The Mass Brand Training Department will select the best suppliers to enter the next stage.

  3. Required documents:

  3.1 Attachment1:“Recruitment Application Form” (stamp company seal and signature of Legal Representative)

  3.2 Company profile: primary business, institutional framework, etc.

  3.3 Company qualifications: “business license”, “tax registration certificate”, “organization code certificate” and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor. (Note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information);

  3.4 Copies of following documents:

  Employment contract with trainers/coaches (remark on the first page with service scope of the trainer/coach, no more than 2 choices)

  Social security payment record of trainers and coaches (from Jul, 2018 to Dec, 2018)

  “Trainer Summary Form” is needed to stamp with company seal and legal representative’s signature. (In attachment2/3)

  3.5 Project contract copies:

  Provide the contract copies between agency and automotive industry joint venture brand in 2018, which infer to sales training, aftersales non-technical training, coach or courseware development. Considering the confidentiality, some key information in the contract such as price can be hidden. The page number of the key information must be shown clearly in the first page of the training or coaching contract copies such as the direction the agency choose, the year of the project and training days. If cannot find the training day in the contract, please provide the evidential material. Fill in the training project “contract summary form” with corresponding information. The form should be stamped and signed by legal person. If cannot find the course name in the contract, please provide the evidential material.

  Note:

  1) If the agency chooses more than one direction, please sort the materials respectively. Every direction should have a form.

  2) All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of recruitment.

  3) About all the above documents, Please provide Chinese and English Version as far as possible.

  4、Recruitment notice:

  4.1 Business scope:

  4.1.1 Sales training:

  Training or courseware development of FAW-VW VW brand training department to dealers’ sales department and market department about business and management.

  Management level: satisfaction, leadership, executive force, after market, process control, salary administration, employee incentive, team building, market activity planning, finance, public relations and so on.

  Business level: sales process, sales skills, customer mentality, certification and so on.

  4.1.2 Coaching:

  Coaching or material development of FAW-VW VW brand training department to dealers’ sales and aftersales departments’ business level and management level, in regard to process execution, process control, KPI promotion, people management and so on.

  4.2 Commercial Secret Protection and Integrity Requirements: In the recruitment and follow-up cooperation process, suppliers must comply with FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. related confidentiality agreements, as well as integrity and other requirements.

  4.3 Comprehensive Evaluation of Technology

  4.3.1 Sales training: The training department will compare the proposals of the companies that are recruited. The suppliers who pass the proposal need to participate in the primary selection of trainers, and the primary selection should be conducted through interviews. Proposal comparison and the results of trainers' primary selection will be the important basis for comprehensive evaluation of technology. After comprehensive evaluation of technology and contract signing, trainers who pass the primary selection must take part in AC evaluation and course test of mass brand trainers. If the trainer has passed the AC test or a course trial session, there is no need to repeat the assessment. The trainers who have passed the trial lecture are not allowed to change in principle during the follow-up implementation of the training.

  4.3.2 Coaching: The training department will compare the proposals of the companies recruited, and the trainers of the suppliers who pass the proposal need to take part in AC evaluation of mass brand trainers. The proposals and AC evaluation results will serve as an important basis for comprehensive evaluation of technology. After comprehensive evaluation of technology and contract signing, the trainer must take part in TTT training and course trial lecture, and the trainer must not be allowed to change in principle in the course of follow-up training. If the trainer has passed the AC test or tutorial test, there is no need to repeat the assessment.

  4.4 Matters needing attention

  If the supplier finds that the material is fake, the qualification of proposal comparison will be cancelled. The cooperation will be terminated if fraud is found after subsequent signing.
