一汽-大众汽车有限公司2019年移动出行业务运营商年度代理公司招募公告

  由于公司业务发展需要,一汽-大众汽车有限公司大众品牌移动出行业务部现需要招募移动出行业务运营年度代理公司。敬请关注以下内容。

  1.招募标准:

  1.1 公司注册时间:2017年1月1日前注册;

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金500万RMB(含500万)以上,具备稳定团队20人以上(以申报公司为缴纳单位的近半年社保缴费证明或劳动合同为准);

  1.3 具备相关资质:1)汽车租赁资质;2)电信与信息服务业务许可证ICP;3)跨地区增值电信业务服务资质EDI

  1.4 资金垫付能力:能够垫付1000万RMB(含1000万)以上的资金

  注:上述要求为否决项

  2.招募须知:

  2.1 认同一汽-大众企业文化,对一汽-大众有较深刻的了解

  2.2 业务开展城市:长春、成都、青岛、天津、佛山等及其周边城市,在业务开展城市需注册分/子公司

  2.3 预计车辆规模:5000辆以上

  2.4 签约后业务范围:移动出行运营商(包含但不限于分时租赁、网约车、长短租等汽车租赁相关业务)

  一汽-大众销售有限责任公司“移动出行运营商”项目2019年5月-2020年5月年度代理(具体周期以合同签订为准);

  2.5 商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关诚信、保密、廉洁等相关要求。

  3.须提交资料:

  3.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等,并提供2017年和2018年公司资产负债表;

  3.2 申报表(请见附件)请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。(请同时将电子版表格发送至指定联系邮箱。)

  3.3 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证;1.3条中提到的相关资质证明。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息)。

  3.4 组织机构及人员规划:完整的组织机构、职责、流程、工作考核记录、人员招聘标准、人员管理、培训、激励机制,员工数量及核心人员介绍(人员数量、5年汽车租赁行业或5年车队管理相关工作经验或独立承担过百万级项目的项目经理工作经历、资质等),(注:正式员工必须提供近半年的社保缴纳证明;5年汽车租赁行业或5年车队管理相关工作经验或独立承担过百万级项目的项目经理工作经历,需要提供该人员当时所在公司的劳动合同复印件或其它证明材料)。

  3.5 相关项目经验:

  3.5.1国内分时租赁品牌运营经验、网约车业务运营经验、汽车长短租运营经验等(请提供合同扫描件为证,详细内容可脱敏处理,但必须体现甲乙双方公司名称并能证明项目内容包含上述业务运营,并显示服务时间)。具备国内主流分时租赁品牌线下运营经验者优先。

  3.5.2 主流汽车厂商或大型企业的同类项目合作经验,或作为运营服务商,服务主流汽车厂商或大型企业的同类项目(请提供合同扫描件为证,详细内容可脱敏处理,但必须体现甲乙双方公司名称并能证明项目内容包含上述业务运营,并明确标注服务开始和结束时间)。

  3.5.3 具备一汽-大众项目合作经验者优先,请提供合同扫描件为证。

  3.6 第三方资源(成都市资源优先):提供与公司有合作关系的第三方资源(优先考虑成都),包含但不限于政企项目、停车位/充电桩公司、交通枢纽、房地产/酒店等资源等(请提供合同扫描件为证,详细内容可脱敏处理,但必须体现甲乙双方公司名称并能证明项目内容包含以上内容,并显示服务时间)。

  上述资料和信息必须属实。如查明有虚假资料和信息,将取消其招募资格。以上材料,请尽量提供中英双语。

2019 Mobility Business Operation Annual Agency Recruitment Announcement

  With the development of business, the VW Brand Mobility business needs to recruit an operation annual agency. Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Company registration time: before Jan. 1st, 2017;

  1.2 Company scale:Over 5million (include 5 million) registered capital, with stable core team, more than 20 people;

  1.3 Have relevant qualifications: 1 ) car rental qualifications; 2 ) Telecom and Information Service Business License ICP; 3 ) EDI for cross-regional value-added telecommunication service qualification;

  1.4 Ability to advance funds: Ability to advance more than 10 million (include 10 million) yuan.

  Note: The above requirements are negatives.

  2. Recruitment notice:

  2.1 Agree with FAW - VW culture and have a deeper understanding of FAW - VW.;

  2.2 Business development cities: Changchun, Chengdu, Qingdao, Tianjin, Foshan, etc. and their surrounding cities, which need to register branches / subsidiaries in the business development cities;

  2.3 Estimated vehicle size: more than 5000 vehicles;

  2.4 Business scope after signing the contract: mobile travel operators (including but not limited to car sharing, car hailing, long-short rental and so on).

  2.5 Protection of trade secrets: if the recruitment is successful, the signing company must abide by the relevant requirements of FAW-VW, such as honesty, confidentiality, honesty, etc.

  3. Required Documents:

  3.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc. And provide the company's balance sheet for 2017 and 2018.

  3.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

  3.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor.   3.4 Company organization structure and personnel plan: Complete organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, work assessment records, personnel recruitment standards, personnel management, training, incentive mechanism, number of employees and introduction of core personnel (number, 5 years of work experience in car rental industry or 5 years of team management or work experience and qualification of project managers who have independently undertaken million-level projects, etc.)( Note: regular employees must provide proof of social security payment for nearly half a year. And labor contract or other supporting documents for 5 years of work experience in car rental industry or 5 years of team management or work experience and qualification of project managers who have independently undertaken million-level projects.)

  3.5 Project experience:

  3.5.1 Domestic car sharing brand operation experience, car hailing operation experience, long-term and short-term car rental operation experience, etc. (Please provide a scanned copy of the contract to prove that the details can be desensitized, but must reflect the company names of Party A and Party B, and can prove that the project content includes the above-mentioned business operation and show the service time). Experience in offline operation of domestic mainstream car sharing brands is preferred.

  3.5.2 Cooperation experience of similar projects of mainstream automobile manufacturers or large enterprises, or serving similar projects of mainstream automobile manufacturers or large enterprises as an operation service provider (please provide a scanned copy of the contract to prove that the details can be desensitized, but the company names of both parties must be reflected, and the project contents must be able to prove that the above business operations are included, and the service starting and ending time shall be displayed )

  3.5.3 Experience in FAW-VW project cooperation is preferred, please provide a scanned copy of the contract.

  3.6 Third - party resources ( Chengdu resources preferred ): provide third-party resources that have cooperative relations ( Chengdu preferred ), including but not limited to government-enterprise projects, parking / charging pile companies, transportation hubs, real estate / hotels and other resources (please provide a scanned copy of the contract to prove that the details can be desensitized, but must reflect the company names of both parties and prove that the project contents include the above contents and show the service time ).

  All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of recruitment.
