一汽-大众移动出行营销活动年度代理招募公告

  因业务发展需要,现需要招募移动出行业务营销活动年度代理公司。敬请关注以下内容:

  本次招募主要为移动出行业务营销活动策划及执行,计划招募1家代理公司,预计合约服务时间:2019年5月1日-2021年4月30日。

  1. 招募标准:

  1.1 公司注册时间:2016年1月1日前注册(以应标公司法人营业执照为准);

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金200万(含200万)以上,垫付资金100万(含100万)以上,且具备稳定团队10人以上;

  1.3 公司素质:

  1.3.1 具备丰富的活动经验者优先考虑,包括但不限于大型活动(如品牌发布会、大型竞赛等)、2C端活动、公益或公关类活动等(合同、完整策划及执行方案)、地推活动等

  1.3.2 具备多类行业合作的经验者优先考虑,包括但不限于汽车行业、出行行业(共享单车/汽车、汽车租赁、P2P、拼车、网约车等)、服务行业(餐饮、旅游、住宿等)等

  1.4 项目核心团队

  1.4.1 签约时需提供服务人员计划,须包括5名及以上核心人员(客户总监/客户经理/策略经理/创意经理/项目经理等,均需满足5年以上工作经验)

  1.4.2 参加技术比稿的核心人员需保证为后续工作的实际工作团队,否则立即取消代理资格

  注:以上1.1和1.2为否决项

  2. 签约服务

  2.1 签约后业务范围:业务包括但不限于:营销活动方案策划及活动执行如品牌拉新活动、品牌公益活动、粉丝节活动、开城活动、物料制作等;

  2.2 服务范围:包括但不限于包括长春、成都、佛山、青岛等业务开展城市,会根据开城计划进行拓展

  2.3 商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议,服务团队核心人员不能同时为其它共享汽车竞品品牌的营销活动提供服务。符合招募标准且有意愿参与招募评选的公司请将本公告第3条规定的资料简装版(密封处加盖公司公章)通过顺丰快递至一汽-大众汽车有限公司采购部,须在北京时间2019年4月9日24:00前投递,逾期提交的资料视为无效。另请以邮件形式通知顺丰快递时间和快递单号,以备查档所需。

  3. 须提交资料:

  3.1 申报表(请见附件):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.2 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息)。

  3.3 公司管理机构及人员情况:

  3.3.1 管理层机构及人员介绍,核心团队(包含策划、创意、活动、影视等专业)人员介绍(数量、工作年限、资质及近半年的社保缴纳证明等)。提供《公司组织架构图》。

  3.3.2 组织机构及人员规划:完整的组织机构、职责、流程、工作考核记录、人员招聘标准、人员管理、培训、激励机制

  3.4 近三年(2016,2017,2018)公司营业额及相关证明文件(包括但不限于资产负债表)

  3.5 典型成功案例(合同、完整策划及执行方案)

  3.6 丰富活动经验证明:

  3.6.1 大型活动(如品牌发布会、大型竞赛等)、2C端活动、公益或公关类活动等(合同、完整策划及执行方案)

  3.6.2 汽车行业活动经验、出行行业(共享单车/汽车、汽车租赁、P2P、拼车、网约车等)活动经验、服务行业(餐饮、旅游、住宿等)活动经验

  针对3.3-3.6,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在U盘里一并提供,时间以10分钟为限。

FAW-VW Mobility Marketing Activities Yearly Agency Recruitment announcement

  Due to the needs of business development, it is necessary to recruit an annual agency for mobility business marketing activities. Please pay attention to the following:

  This recruitment is mainly for mobility business marketing campaign planning and operation. It is planned to recruit an agent company. The expected contract service time is from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2021.

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2016 (The legal person business license of the company to be awarded shall prevail).

  1.2 Company size: registered capital over 2 million ( including 2 million ) , advanced capital above 1 million( including 1 million )  and a stable team of 10 or more;

  1.3 Company quality:

  1.3.1 Those with rich experience in activities are preferred, including but not limited to large-scale activities (such as brand conferences, large-scale competitions, etc.), 2C-side activities, public welfare or public relations activities (contracts, complete planning and implementation plans), push-to-ground activities, etc.

  1.3.2 Experience in cooperation in various industries is preferred, including but not limited to automobile industry, travel industry (sharing bicycle/car, car rental, P2P, carpooling, online car booking, etc.), service industry (catering, tourism, accommodation, etc.)

  1.4 Project core team

  1.4.1 The service personnel plan shall be provided when signing the contract, and shall include 5 or more core personnel (customer director/customer manager/strategy manager/creative manager/project manager, etc., and shall meet the requirements of more than 5 years of working experience)

  1.4.2 The core personnel participating in the technical competitive presentation shall ensure that they are the actual working team for the follow-up work, otherwise they will be disqualified from acting as agents immediately.

  Note: 1.1 and 1.2 above are veto items.

  2. Contractual services

  2.1 After signing the contract, the business scope includes but is not limited to: marketing activity planning and execution such as brand promotion, brand public welfare activities, fan festival activities, material production, etc.

  2.2 Scope of services: including but not limited to Changchun, Chengdu, Foshan, Qingdao and other business cities, which will be expanded according to the urban expansion plan.

  2.3 Protection of Trade Secrets: If the recruitment is successful, The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd and the core team cannot provide services for other marketing activities sharing the brand of automobile competition products at the same time.

  3. Information to be submitted:

  3.1 Application Form (see Annex): Please fill in the relevant information of your company truthfully, affix the official seal of the company and ask the legal representative to sign it.

  3.2 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certification materials that have passed the annual inspection;  Certificate of legal representative or power of attorney;  Identity cards of legal representatives and managers.  (Note: Please provide a copy of the above contents;  Please affix the official seal of the company to the business license and provide the authenticity inquiry information on the official website of the business license).

  3.3 Company management organization and personnel:

  3.3.1 Introduction of management organizations and personnel, introduction of personnel of core teams (including planning, creativity, activities, film and television and other specialties) (quantity, working years, qualifications and social security payment certificates for half a year, etc.).  Provide the Company Organization Chart.

  3.3.2 Organizational structure and personnel planning: complete organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, work assessment records, personnel recruitment standards, personnel management, training and incentive mechanism

  3.4 The company's turnover and relevant supporting documents (including but not limited to the balance sheet) in the past three years (2016, 2017, 2018)

  3.5 Typical Successful Cases (Contract, Complete Plan and Implementation Plan)

  3.6 Rich experience in activities proves that:

  3.6.1 Large-scale activities (such as brand conferences, large-scale competitions, etc.), 2C-side activities, public welfare or public relations activities, etc. (contracts, complete planning and implementation plan)

  3.6.2 Activity experience in the automobile industry, travel industry (sharing bicycle/car, car rental, P2P, carpooling, online car booking, etc.), and service industry (catering, tourism, accommodation, etc.)

  For 3.3-3.6, in addition to the written materials, please record the company's situation, key personnel and historical performance introduction video on your own and provide it in a USB flash drive. The time limit is 10 minutes.
