一汽-大众捷达品牌区域营销活动代理公司招募公告

  因业务发展需要,现需要招募捷达品牌区域营销活动代理公司和市场部线下推广活动代理公司。敬请关注以下内容:

  本次招募为区域营销策划、公关支持与市场活动运营,计划招募4家代理公司,规划如下:

  代理公司A代理区域:山东、河南、江苏、上海、浙江、安徽;

  代理公司B代理区域:湖北、湖南、江西、福建、广东、广西、海南;

  代理公司C代理区域:四川、重庆、贵州、云南、西藏、新疆、青海、甘肃、宁夏、陕西、山西;

  代理公司D代理区域:黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、北京、天津、河北;

  在选出ABCD四家代理公司后,其中四家区域代理公司的最高分作为总部市场部的线下推广活动代理公司,服务总部,具体职能为:市场部200万以下线下活动方案策划及执行,以及经销商市场推广活动策划。

  预计合约服务时间:两年。

  注:若合约服务期间内,捷达品牌区域组织机构管辖区域发生调整,则将以业务便利为原则,通过公平合理的机制对上述ABCD代理公司的代理区域进行优化调整。

  1. 招募标准:(以下条件为硬性条件)

  1.1 企业资质及经营状况要求:有效的营业执照且未超营业范围经营,具备独立承担民事责任的能力;依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金;近三年经营活动中不存在违法违纪记录,企业信用良好,财务状况良好, 处于正常生产经营状态,没有处于被责令停业、财产被接管、冻结、破产状态;愿意与一汽-大众共同预防和治理不廉洁行为,遵守一汽-大众保密及相关方安全管理规定并同意签署相关文件;

  1.1.1 代理公司A需在济南/郑州/上海/南京有分支机构和稳定团队。(“/”代表“或”,下同)

  1.1.2 代理公司B需在武汉/长沙/广州/深圳有分支机构和稳定团队。

  1.1.3 代理公司C需在成都/西安有分支机构和稳定团队。

  1.1.4 代理公司D需在长春/沈阳/北京有分支机构和稳定团队。

  1.1.5 市场部的线下推广活动代理公司,需在长春有常驻团队(不少于三人),若不接受,则选取次优者进阶递补。

  1.2 公司注册时间: 2015年1月1日前注册(以应标公司法人营业执照为准);

  1.3 公司注册地:在所竞标代理区域的范围内;

  1.4 公司规模:注册资金500万及以上(公告发布后增资无效),且具备稳定团队(30人以上);

  1.5 公司素质:过去的两年内(2017.06.01-2019.05.31),具有服务主流中端汽车品牌营销活动策划、创意及执行的经验(含厂家总部&大区机构),行业经验长者优先。具备汽车行业咨询、市场分析、竞品监控、活动实施、营销效果跟踪评价、当地公关传播及媒体关系维护等相关经验,并能提供两年内策划、执行大型活动的成功案例;

  1.6 投标核心团队:核心团队(15人以上);签约时需提供为捷达品牌区域服务的人员计划,须包括3名及以上核心人员(客户总监/客户经理/策略经理/创意经理/项目经理等,均需满足2年以上行业经验),签约期内,核心人员不得服务于除捷达品牌之外的其它服务对象。参加招标核心团队的核心人员需保证为后续工作的实际工作团队,否则立即取消区域代理公司资格。

  1.7 企业关系限制性要求:有关联关系的企业(包含但不限于法定代表人为同一人,母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司,单位负责人为同一人,总公司与分公司,直接控股或存在管理关系的)不得同时报名参与本次公开招募。公司的法人、董事、监事、高管、实际控制人中无一汽-大众员工或及特定关系人。公司的法人、董事、监事、高管、实际控制人中无在职或离退休(三年内)公务人员。

  1.8 在招募比稿过程中,如果出现最高分一致的情况,优先选择初选评分高的作为签约公司。

  2. 签约服务:

  2.1 签约后业务范围:负责中标代理区域的营销活动执行;

  2.2 服务范围及负载:同一集团/同一法人均只能竞标1个代理区域,且同一集团/同一法人在同一代理区域内均不得有2家及以上公司进行竞标。

  2.3 商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司服务捷达品牌区域的核心人员不能同时为其它汽车品牌的营销活动提供服务。

  2.4 结算形式:区域代理公司以项目制形式结算,总部线下推广代理公司以月费和项目制形式结算。

  3. 须提交资料:

  3.1 代理公司申报表(请见附件):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.2 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章)。

  3.3 公司管理机构、工作流程;公司优势资源介绍,包括服务能力和服务范围、服务的主要客户、成功的整合营销案例(请提供合同为证),和单位及个人获奖情况(获奖证明材料复印件并加盖公司印章)等。

  3.4 各类专业服务人员的数量、资历及业务水平等(稳定团队成员需提供近半年的社保缴纳证明或第三方公司社保代缴委托合同及缴纳证明)。

  3.5 第三方资源情况简介(长期合作AV、搭建、第三方制作物等合作公司情况)

  3.6 近三年的增值税和所得税纳税证明,社会保障金的缴纳证明; “国家企业信用信息公示系统”报告;银行资信与企业信用情况(由银行提供);无违法违纪声明及财务状况声明;以上证明、声明文件由公司法人、总经理共同签署并加盖公司章;

  3.7特别提示:与主流中端汽车品牌厂商的服务能力,请务必提供近3年(2017/2018/2019)年度的代理合同、含项目金额的活动/媒体/公关代理合同、项目总结等为证,尽可能多的体现服务能力(年限、金额、项目数量、评价、效果)为佳。相关合同具体金额如需要保密可以隐藏,但尽量体现总金额,如不提供则视为无法提供。

  针对3.3-3.5,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在U盘里一并提供,时间以5分钟为限,展示信息即可。

  上述资料和信息必须属实。请提供清晰且完整的材料,提供不全将视为无法提供。所有相关项目经验在公示文件发布前有效,公示文件发布后产生无效。如查明有虚假资料和信息,将取消其招募资格。

  4.4 如初审通过,将通知该公司现场复核报名材料原件

  4.5 如材料复核通过,将通知该公司参与项目比稿

  5. 注意事项:

  5.1 若招募成功,参加招标团队的核心人员须保证为后续工作的实际团队;

  (若后期实际执行团队与参加招标团队人员不符,则立即取消代理公司资格)。

FAW-Volkswagen Jetta Brand Regional Marketing Activity Agency Recruitment Announcement

  Due to business development needs, it is now necessary to recruit Jetta brand regional marketing agencies. Please pay attention to the following content:

  This recruitment is for regional marketing planning, public relations support and marketing activities. It plans to recruit 4 agencies. The plan is as follows:

  Agency A responsible area: Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui;

  Agency B responsible area: Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan;

  Agency C responsible area: Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Shanxi;

  Agency D responsible area: Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei;

  After selecting the four agencies, the best ones became the national marketing promotion agency for Jetta marketing department. The main responsibility is to develop strategies for national campaigns, dealer “1+3” monthly marketing guideline and marketing activity below 2 million.

  Estimated contract service time: 2 years.

  Note: If the Jetta brand regional organization is adjusted during the contract service period, the responsible area of the ABCD agencies will be optimized and adjusted through a fair and reasonable mechanism in the principle of business convenience.

  1. Recruitment Criteria:

  1.1 Enterprise qualification and operating condition requirement: effective business license and within its business scope, own the ability to bear civil liability independently; pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; no illegal or criminal record in recent three years business activities, good corporate credit; good corporate financial condition, in normal produce and manage status, not be ordered to stop operation, property not be token over, frozen, or go broke; be willing to prevent and govern corruption with FAW-VW together, obey FAW-VW confidential and safety relative regulation and agree to sign relative document;

  1.1.1 Agency A shall have branches and stable teams in Jinan/Zhengzhou/Shanghai/Nanjing. ("/" stands for "or", similarly hereinafter)

  1.1.2 Agency B shall have branches and stable teams in Wuhan/Changsha/Guangzhou/Shenzhen.

  1.1.3 Agency C shall have branches and stable teams in Chengdu/Xi 'an.

  1.1.4 Agency D shall have branches and stable teams in Changchun/Shenyang/Beijing.

  1.1.5 select the best out of four agencies  as strategic agency for Jetta, the team from this agency needs to stay in Changchun as base. If the agency is unable to do that, then select the next candidate on the list.

  1.2 Company registration time: before January 1, 2015 (subject to the legal person business license of the bidding company);

  1.3 Registration Place:within regional area agency applies for

  1.4 Company size: registered capital of more than 5 million Yuan (including 5 million Yuan), with a stable team (more than 30 people);

  1.5 Company quality: in the past two years (2017.06.01-2019.05.31), I have experience in planning, creating and executing marketing activities for mainstream and middle end automobile brands (including the headquarters of the manufacturer and regional organizations), and the elder with industry experience is preferred. Experience in automobile industry consulting, market analysis, competitive product monitoring, event implementation, marketing effect tracking and evaluation, local public relations communication and media relations maintenance, etc., and can provide successful cases of large-scale event planning and execution within two years;

  1.6 Bidding core team: core team (more than 15 people); Need to provide when signing jetta brand regional service personnel plan, must include three or more core staff (customer director/manager/strategy manager/creative manager/project manager, etc., all needs to satisfy more than 2 years of industry experience), the contract period, in addition to the core personnel shall not serve the jetta brand of other service object. The core personnel of the core team participating in the bidding shall guarantee the actual working team for the follow-up work; otherwise the qualification of regional agency company shall be immediately cancelled.

  1.7 Corporate relation restricted requirement: corporates having incidence relation can not participate this recruitment (including but not limited to same legal representative, same in charge man for parent company, WOS and holding company, parent company and filiale, direct holdings or have managing relation). Corporate legal representative, director, supervisor, executive, actual controller is not FAW-VW staff and special related person. There is not public servant in service or retired (within 3 years) in corporate legal representative, director, supervisor, executive, actual controller

  2. Contract Service

  2.1 Business scope after signing the contract: responsible for the execution of marketing activities in the bid-winning agency region;

  2.2 Service scope and load: the same group/law can only bid for one agency region, and no more than two companies from the same group/legal person can bid in the same agency region.

  2.3 Trade secret protection: if successfully recruited, the core personnel of the contracting company serving Jetta brand area cannot provide services for the marketing activities of other automobile brands at the same time.

  3. Information To Be Submitted:

  3.1 Declaration form of agency company (please see the attachment) : please fill in the relevant information of your company truthfully, stamp the company's official seal and ask the legal representative to sign.

  3.2 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certification materials that have passed the annual inspection; Certificate of legal representative or power of attorney; Id card of legal representative and handler. (note: please provide a copy of the above contents; Business license, please stamp the company's official seal and provide the official website of the business license to inquire the authenticity of information).

  3.3 Management organization and work process of the company; Introduction of superior resources of the company, including service capacity and service scope, major customers of the service, successful cases (please provide the contract as evidence), and awards of units and individuals (copies of the awards and stamped with the company's seal), etc.

  3.4 The number, qualification and business level of various professional service personnel (core personnel such as creative and strategic personnel must provide the social security payment certificate for nearly half a year).

  3.5 Introduction to third-party resources (long-term cooperation with AV, construction, third-party production and other cooperative companies)

  3.6 Recent three years payment proof of VAT, income tax, social security, national enterprise credit information publicity system report, bank reference letter and corporate credit condition (provided by bank); no illegal and undisciplined statement, financial condition statement; above certificate and statement should be signed and stamped by corporate legal person and president;

  3.7 Special note: with the mainstream of car brand vendor's service ability, be sure to provide nearly three years (2019) / 2017/2018 annual agent contract, including the activities of the project amount/media/pr agency contract, such as project summary, as much as possible the embodiment of the service capacity (fixed number of year, amount, project quantity, evaluation and effect) is preferred. The specific amount of the relevant contract can be hidden if it needs to be kept confidential, but try to reflect the total amount, if not provided, it will be deemed unable to provide.

  For 3.3-3.5, in addition to the written materials, please record the company's information, core personnel and historical achievements and provide them on the usb flash drive. The time limit is limited to 5 minutes.

  The above materials and information must be true. If false information and information are found, they will be disqualified.

  4.6 Select the bid-winning company and perform the subsequent commercial and legal contracts to officially provide relevant services for the Jetta brand area.

  5. Precautious:

  5.1 If the recruitment is successful, the core personnel of the bidding team shall be the actual team for the follow-up work;

  (if the actual execution team at the later stage is inconsistent with the personnel of the bidding team, the regional agency qualification will be immediately cancelled).
